Glass beads Reflective Tape

The glass bead tapes bend and reflect light to return to the source using microscopic glass spheres.

Glass bead tapes are about 30% efficient.  This is a disadvantage.  

Despite this, glass bead tape has three advantages over most prismatic tapes.

The first advantage of glass bead reflective tapes is their affordability, and this is due to their simpler manufacturing.

The second reason is that most glass bead tapes can be cut with CAD software, which allows you to create reflective signs and graphics by cutting letters, numbers, and designs from the tape.

Thirdly, glass beads tapes reflect light back at wider angles.
